Please be assured that once we have agreed a rate with you it will be honoured
We accept payment in £ (UK), $ (US) or € (Euro) and will honour rates obtained via our currency converter on the date of your reservation
subject to phone/email confirmation on that day from us and receipt and clearance of your deposit within 10 days of that confirmation
Enquires for long term winter rentals (Snowbirds) are available on request
A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% is required to secure dates
A security deposit of £100 is required for all rentals, (£150 for 14+ days) but this will be refunded after your holiday is complete
subject to a satisfactory property inspection
The minimum rental period for this Sunset Palms Villa is 5 nights unless otherwise agreed by us in writing
Any stay of 7 nights or less will be subject to a one time departure cleaning fee of £59
No cleaning fee is payable for 8 nights or more
During the winter months of October to May we strongly recommend that you purchase pool heat at the daily rate of £10
You may decline pool heat if not required
We are happy to accept personal cheques in either £ (UK), $ (US) or € (Euro) (€10 fee if € cheque)
We also accept payments on-line by PayPal in any currency. 2½% fee for all PayPal payments +1% if not in $ (US)
We also accept National (no fee) and International (£10 fee) bank transfers
We will happily waive the PayPal fee for your deposit if you wish to use it to quickly secure the dates you require
